This bracket is used to convert the original 2 bolt shoulder mount found in 1966-73 GM cars to a single bolt mount. This allows for use of a modern retractable shoulder belt.

5/16" holes to accept original bolts

Includes high tensile 7/16"-20 shoulder bolt
